Finnish Employment Act

All recruitment placements comply with the Finnish Employment Contracts Act and Working Hours Act, ensuring fair terms for all workers placed through our services.

Aliens Act (Ulkomaalaislaki)

International recruitment and work permit facilitation is conducted in full accordance with Finnish immigration law, including residence permit requirements for non-EU/EEA workers.

GDPR Compliance

All candidate and employer data is handled strictly under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679). We maintain proper data processing agreements and consent flows.

Finnish Companies Act

Document Verification

All candidate documents — passports, qualifications, permits — are verified before any placement or submission. We do not proceed on incomplete documentation.

Contract Standards

All work placements use legally sound employment contracts aligned with Finnish collective bargaining agreements and EU employment standards.

No Recruitment Fees to Workers

Consistent with ILO standards and best practice, we do not charge workers recruitment fees. All recruitment costs are covered by the employing organization.

Data Retention Policies

Candidate and employer data is retained only for as long as legally required or operationally necessary, with clear deletion policies in place.

Third-Party Due Diligence

All employer partners and business clients undergo a due diligence process before we engage. We do not work with organizations that cannot demonstrate legal operating status.
